H.E.L.P. ( Helmet Emergency Lifesaving Profile ) id and medical stickers. The large emergency information sticker goes on the inside of a helmet and the smaller alert notification sticker goes on the outside of the helmet in the back. These stickers will assist with emergency id and medical safety information in a crisis situation. Each pack comes in a plastic protective bag, as shown above. Each helmet identification information sticker contains the following information:

• Name
• Allergies / Medical Conditions
• Blood Type
• ( 2 ) emergency contact telephone numbers
